Public offer

• Timely pay for the services.
• Provide accurate information necessary for the Contractor to fulfill obligations.

4. Service Cost and Payment Procedure

Payment is made via non-cash settlement based on the issued invoice.

5. Liability of the Parties

In case of non-performance or improper performance of obligations, the parties are liable in accordance with applicable law.

6. Term of the Offer

The Offer is valid until it is withdrawn by the Contractor.

7. Other Conditions

All disputes arising from this contract are resolved through negotiations or in court in accordance with applicable law.
